30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in the original packaging
  • include proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

contact us immediately at info@cockoil.com. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened lubricants
  • Used personal care products
  • Customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items

If you have questions regarding eligibility, contact us before returning your order.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is:

  1. Request a return.
  2. Once approved, return the original item.
  3. Place a new order for the replacement product.

European Union Orders

Customers within the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period.

Products must be:

  • unopened
  • unused
  • in original packaging
  • include proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time.
